Job Summary:

HR Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience - 5-6 years
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process including documentation, background checks, and exit formalities.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance systems.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
  • Assist in audits and prepare necessary HR reports and dashboards.
  • Support employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent employee experience.
  • Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, etc.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives for more efficient HR operations.
