Job Description

The selected candidate will be on the rolls of a third-party payroll for a period of one year and will subsequently be transferred to Safran rolls.

Objective:

Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organization's Human Resource (HR) function and performance.

Role & responsibilities

The role is intended to manage the onboarding formalities, with a focus on medicals and background verifications (BGVs) of the new joiners.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Sharing relevant inputs for monthly payrolls of employees.
  • Updation and followup of employee details as per the statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.

HR Administration:

  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Maintainence of employee data base and personal files management.
  • Timely updation of relevant KPI and MIS/HRIS reports as per the need basis.
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management

HR Management:

Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.

Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

Requires a Bachelors Degree, PG diploma or MBA in Human Resources Management.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufuacturing environment, in Indian context;

  • Upto date knowledge of applicable state and Central employment and labor laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Must possess the ability to run and analyze HR reports and data.
  • Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access).
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills required; interpersonal skills working across the organization with various levels of individuals are essential. - Advanced
  • Demonstrable leadership and customer focus skills.
  • Must be fluent in English
