Transfer Project Manager/ Project Lead

Objective:

Manage all necessary transfer activities from yielding facility to SEPI

Main Function Responsibilities and Activities

• He is the main focal point of SEPI for transfer actitivties
• He is coordinating actitvites between SEPI and all related stakeholders
• He is responsible of project management and related performance such as:
• Team work management and animation
• Write and validate specifications
• Cost, Quality and schedule of projects
• Action plan follow up
• Related KPIs creation/update
• Meetings planning and management
• Risk Management
• create good relationship in project team;
• provide synthetic and clear regular reports of progress follow-up;
• be able to coordinate with vendors
• manage direct report to customer representatives;
• comply with Aerospace industrial rules.
• Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable.
• Adhere and respect all HSE procedures/policies/ practices
• Be aware on latest updates on HSE and implement/ follow
• Follow ergo exercises as trained by the medical practitioner/ ergonomics training
• Contribute continuous improvement ideas to HSE program and risk assessments
• Engage and actively support the HSE initiatives and encourage others to involve
• Accountable for HSE strategy and compliance
• Provide suitable means and ways to avoid risk
• Develop prevention & HSE strategy
• Lead the HSE culture by example at all times
• Involve all interested parties of organization into HSE

Preferred candidate profile

• Located in SEPI plant, Hyderabad
• Travel may be required on monthly basis The project Manager will work in an industrial environment and will be linked to:
• several internal department as Quality, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, supply chain
• Foreign Offices/manufacturing plant/Headquarter
• Masters degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Fluent in English
• Basic software skills & Good knowledge on MS Excel
• Project management
• Basic knowledge in Supply Chain and in ERP
• Good communication behavior
• French language is a plus
