Production Team Lead

Objective: Manage production activities for designated production lines in accordance with operational objectives Authorities: This position has the power/right to control, command, issue orders, make decisions, assign resources and/or delegate to ensure compliance to the company policies, processes, practices and the defined objectives Main Function Responsibilities and Activities Manage all production team, including production associates, quality inspectors Ensure production planning adherence with targeted performances for efficiency, productivity, material overconsumption Manage skills matrix compliance and update for all his team Manage tool availability in production line Support all improvement initialtives Support workload/capacity analysis Ensure final goods compliance with applicable quality and customer requirements Manage HSE inititatives on his production line Manage 5S intitiatives on his production line Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable. Fluent in English, Telugu Significant knowledge and past experience in production team mangement Basic knowledges on Supply Chain processes (method, procurement, scheduling and production follow-up) and tools (MRP, S&OP, MPS) Basic software skills & Good knowledge on MS Excel Good communication behavior Team handling Experience. Knowledge on LEAN manufacturing Basic knowledges on Supply Chain processes (method, procurement, scheduling and production follow-up) and tools (MRP, S&OP, MPS) Industry: Having experience in the Wiring harness Industry adds an additional advantage
