Position: HR Operations Executive Location: Hyderabad Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage core HR functions, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, addressing employee grievances, and overseeing full and final settlements. Key Responsibilities Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, including timely filings and maintenance of necessary records. Grievance Handling: Address and resolve employee concerns promptly, maintaining a positive work environment. Full and Final Settlements: Manage the exit process, ensuring accurate calculation and disbursement of dues to departing employees. Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR operations, preferably within the retail or pharmacy sector. Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR software systems.
