We Hiring For Reputed Corporate Hospital Job Title: Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon Reports to: Medical Director / Head of Department Location: Thirupathi (Andhra Pradesh) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join our medical team. The incumbent will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing orthopedic conditions using surgical and non-surgical methods. The role includes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Perform orthopedic surgeries including trauma, joint replacement, arthroscopy, and spine procedures (based on sub-specialization). Evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions using clinical examinations, imaging, and diagnostic tests. Provide comprehensive post-operative care and rehabilitation planning. Attend outpatient clinics and conduct ward rounds. Participate in emergency and on-call orthopedic coverage as required. Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, anesthetists, and other specialties for holistic care. Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and discharge summaries. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and surgical safety standards. Participate in teaching sessions, CME activities, audits, and clinical research (if applicable). Mentor junior doctors, residents, and interns in orthopedic procedures and patient management. Qualifications & Experience MBBS with MS / DNB in Orthopedics from a recognized institution. Minimum 1 to 4 years of post-MS/DNB experience in a tertiary care setup. Valid medical registration with [State Medical Council / MCI / NMC]. Key Skills Proficiency in orthopedic surgical techniques. Strong clinical diagnostic acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team leadership and crisis management capabilities. Commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
