HR Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Global HR Operations:

  Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exit processes.

• Strategic Alignment:

  Translate corporate vision into operational HR frameworks and initiatives that directly support business growth.

• Policy Governance & Compliance:

  Establish governance structures and standardized HR policies across geographies while respecting local legal requirements and cultural nuances.

• HR Transformation:

  Drive process redesign, technology adoption (HRIS, talent systems), and large-scale change initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Leadership Support:

  Serve as operational right-hand to the VP of People & Culture, contributing to organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership advisory.

• Executive Escalation Point:

  Handle sensitive or complex people matters with strategic insight and practical solutions.

Ideal Profile:

• MBA/Master’s from a premier institution (XLRI, IIM, SIBM preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership in HR operations.

• Proven success leading HR in complex, fast-scaling, international environments with distributed teams and multicultural dynamics.

• Strong experience in HR transformation, policy governance, and technology implementation.
• Track record of managing senior HR leaders across geographies.
• Middle East exposure is an advantage.
