Sales Executive - AMC Services

Our Client is a trusted IT solutions and services company, offering end-to-end system integration, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and managed IT services.

They are looking for a results-driven sales professional to drive the sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for our IT System Integration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT services and support solutions, with a focus on client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients for AMC sales, including corporates, SMEs, and institutions
• Promote AMC services for IT infrastructure such as servers, storage, networking, end-user computing, and security systems
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects
• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into sales
• Maintain relationships with existing AMC clients for renewals and upselling
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution design and pricing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT infrastructure or AMC services
• Good understanding of IT hardware and system integration services
• Proven track record in sales and client handling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
