Position: HR Operations Executive Experience Required: 45 Years Location: Jaipur Company: Dainik Bhaskar CTC: 4.5 LPA Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our HR team at Dainik Bhaskar. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in core HR operations and will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day HR functions and processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and streamline employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit formalities) Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination Ensure timely preparation of HR reports and MIS data Support in implementation of HR policies and compliance practices Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for HR-related activities Assist in audits, statutory compliance, and documentation Handle employee queries related to HR operations efficiently Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field 4–5 years of proven experience in HR Operations Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Good verbal and written communication
