Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager to join our HR operations Team. This role will primarily focus on HR operations and MIS reporting, with additional responsibilities involving payroll / leave and attendance management. The ideal candidate will have strong data visualization skills and a passion for process improvement through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and automate dashboards using
Excel
or
Power BI
for payroll insights and workforce analytics.
Prepare and manage
MIS reports
related to payroll, leave, and attendance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Support audits and compliance checks by providing relevant data and reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within payroll and attendance workflows.
Assist in managing leave balances, attendance exceptions, and related queries.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across payroll and attendance systems.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________Must-Have Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of
MIS reporting
and
data analysis
.
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(including formulas, pivot tables, and macros).
Experience with
Power BI
or similar data visualization tools.
Understanding of
payroll processes
, statutory compliance, and leave/attendance systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
