Key responsibilities: HR Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day HR operations for the employees at the client site, ensuring efficient onboarding, offboarding, and all related HR functions. Process and manage employees payroll, benefits, and other compensatory elements. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and data, in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process for employees, including documentation, induction, and system updates. Handle offboarding processes, ensuring exit formalities are followed and feedback is captured. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labour laws, client-specific HR policies, and regulatory requirements for all our employees. Track attendance, leave records, and any discrepancies with respect to the workforce. Prepare and submit HR reports to management and the client as required (e.g., headcount, payroll, attrition, etc.).
