Job Description: Back Office - Document Scanning & Management (Navi Mumbai) Position Title: Back Office Executive - Document Scanning & Management Job Location: [Insert Location] Department: Back Office / Document Management Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to scan, organize, and save documents in the companys electronic system. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with handling and organizing physical documents and transferring them to digital formats while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Scan and digitize physical documents with precision and in a timely manner. Organize and label scanned documents according to company guidelines. Ensure that all scanned documents are saved and stored in the correct digital files and folders. Assist in organizing and maintaining the physical document storage space. Handle any document retrieval requests as per company protocols. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents. Perform regular quality checks to ensure scanned documents are clear, accurate, and complete. Assist in troubleshooting scanning equipment and software, ensuring smooth operation. Maintain logs for document scanning activities and report discrepancies when necessary. Provide support to other teams or departments requiring document-related assistance. Qualifications & Skills: Education: 10th, 12th, or Graduate (any field). Basic computer skills (MS Office, especially Word and Excel). Familiarity with document scanning and digital storage systems is a plus. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and organizing documents. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in document management, scanning, or office administration will be preferred. Candidates with experience in back office operations or data entry are also welcome to apply. Additional Skills: Proficiency in handling scanning equipment.
