Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and exiting employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files in compliance with data protection regulations.
Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.

2. Payroll & Benefits Administration

Coordinate payroll processing in collaboration with finance teams or payroll vendors.
Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, leave entitlements, and reimbursements.
Track attendance, leave balances, and overtime records.

3. Compliance & Policy Implementation

Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company regulations.
Assist in policy creation, updates, and communication to employees.
Maintain compliance records for audits and inspections.

4. HR Systems & Reporting

Manage HRIS data accuracy and system enhancements.
Generate regular HR reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.) for management.
Support HR analytics to drive decision-making.

5. Employee Support & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Handle routine employee relations matters and escalate as needed.
