We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team and support the seamless execution of recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement . This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with 2-4 years of experience across talent acquisition, generalist HR, HRBP, and compliance management . Role & responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, application screening, and interviews. Conduct phone and video interviews to assess and shortlist candidates. Oversee onboarding by verifying documents, preparing contracts, and creating system accounts. Conduct verbal or video inductions and send onboarding emails. Change Management & Process Improvement Continuously improve and update HR processes for efficiency. Identify opportunities for streamlining recruitment, onboarding, and compliance workflows. Performance Review & Employee Communication Gather performance feedback from the Rostering Manager and Service Coordinator. Conduct video meetings with employees for performance discussions. Issue relevant documents such as appraisal letters, warning letters, or letters of concern based on performance discussions. Maintain an organized record of all performance-related documents. Compliance & Training Ensure all mandatory trainings are up to date. Maintain and update HR databases and CRM systems with employee documentation ensuring all records remain compliant. Payroll & Salary Reviews Address payroll queries and communication. Assist with annual salary revisions. Employee Engagement & Exit Formalities Conduct check-ins with employees to ensure engagement and address concerns. Manage exit formalities, including documentation and exit interviews. Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years of experience in HR recruitment, HR operations, generalist roles, or HRBP functions. Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy. Effective communication skills and the ability to handle employee queries and conflict resolution professionally.
