Job Description

Stratex Consulting Services is seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Manager - HR & Service Management to play a strategic role in elevating our training and HR processes. This role is critical in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end training content using the Carers Academy LMS. The Learning and Development Manager will ensure that our new hires are fully equipped with the essential HR and service management skills required to serve our Australian clients at the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Content Development: Create training materials from scratch in close collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external partners. Program Design & Delivery: Design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs covering HR fundamentals, rostering, scheduling, and onboarding. Training Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire training lifecycleincluding needs analysis, curriculum design, delivery, online assessments, feedback collection, and continuous improvementto ensure a measurable reduction in training time and enhanced trainee performance. Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all training meets our rigorous standards for serving Australian clients by monitoring improvement in assessment scores and gathering structured trainee feedback. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with department heads and the founding/managing partner, participating in both scheduled meetings and ad hoc consultations to align training strategies with company objectives. Qualifications & Experience: 2-3 years experience in HR or corporate training within BPO/KPO or similar environments. A general understanding of HR practices and a proactive willingness to learn sector-specific nuances through an LMS and day-to-day interactions. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to aid in the rapid development and enhancement of course material. Working Conditions: ' Predominantly online training via the Carers Academy LMS. No travel is required at this stage. Performance Metrics: Reduction in overall training time by set percentage benchmarks. Improvement in trainee assessment scores and achievement of predefined learning outcomes. Positive trainee feedback metrics (targeting 85% satisfaction).
