HR Officer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Prepare job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms.
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support conflict resolution and handle employee grievances professionally.
• Foster a healthy and safe workplace culture.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheet tracking.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in the implementation of performance review processes.
• Monitor employee performance and support development plans.
• Training & Development:
• Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
• Identify skills gaps and assist in development initiatives.
• Compliance & Policy Implementation:
• Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and best practices.
• Support audits and implement improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools (e.g., HRIS systems).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
