Key Deliverables:

Drive timely recruitment aligned with school staffing needs
Plan and implement induction, training, and performance systems
Develop and communicate HR policies and ensure compliance
Maintain HR MIS and conduct periodic attrition analysis

Role Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Principal and Director for manpower planning and staff well-being
Ensure smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
Monitor training feedback and manage confirmation/increment processes
