Position: HR Executive
Location: Valsad (Gujarat)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team at our factory locations in Valsad (Gujarat) The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including compensation and benefits information.
• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and benefits administration.
• Support internal HR audits and coordinate with departments for HR needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory benefits (e.g., PF, ESI).
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
