Job Overview: - The Manager – Creative Communication will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and executing brand-aligned communication across various advertising formats. This role demands both creative vision and operational precision—balancing imaginative thinking with structured execution. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate strategic objectives into compelling visual and written content across digital, print, and experiential media. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage end-to-end creative communication strategies aligned with brand objectives. Ensure consistent messaging and design across all formats—print, digital, OOH, and on-ground activations. Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to execute cross-functional campaigns. Coordinate and manage the production of creative assets, including but not limited to brochures, packaging, digital banners, social media creatives, and AV scripts. Maintain quality control across multiple projects and deliverables with tight deadlines. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring clarity and execution excellence. Provide creative input for branding, campaign ideation, and positioning exercises. Identify opportunities to innovate within communication formats and campaign structures. Qualifications and Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in design, communication, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). · Prior experience in branding, creative agencies, or media production is preferred. · Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage quick turnarounds. · General knowledge of print production, digital formats, and cross-media solutions. · Excellent creative judgment with strong written and visual communication skills. Preferred Skills · Familiarity with brand systems, moodboarding, and visual storytelling. · Basic understanding of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or equivalents. · Ability to write or brief creative copy with clarity and alignment to tone of voice. · A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
