Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of dispatch staff and drivers. Assign routes and schedules to drivers based on delivery needs, traffic, and service priorities. Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve delivery or service issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Train and mentor new dispatch team members. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on department performance. Maintain dispatch software and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility of data. Handle emergency or unplanned situations effectively, including rerouting and resource reallocation. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicle readiness and minimize downtime.
