Job Description

As an HR Manager in the chemical manufacturing industry, your role involves overseeing all human resources functions to ensure alignment with industry regulations, environmental standards, and organizational goals. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals - Collaborating with department heads to understand workforce needs - Managing onboarding programs for seamless integration of new hires - Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing engagement programs - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and safety standards - Developing performance appraisal systems and organizing training programs - Conducting salary benchmarking and managing health and safety benefits - Collaborating with safety officers to promote a safe working environment and enhance employee well-being - Developing and enforcing HR policies tailored to the chemical manufacturing industry - Maintaining good relations with labor unions and negotiating collective agreements In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also handle industrial relations and union negotiations, if applicable. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3 years of experience in HR preferred - Professional in Human Resources certification preferred The job type is full-time and permanent, with benefits including health insurance.
