Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll processing.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.), and company HR policies.
Support training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
Conduct performance reviews in collaboration with managers and ensure timely feedback.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and coordinate with other departments.
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in healthcare/insurance/financial services sectors.
Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll management, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
