Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resource practices and processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a people person, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Maintain and update employee records in databases and HR documents. Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities. Handle employee queries and provide support as needed. Help organize training & development initiatives. Support in performance management procedures and employee engagement activities. Prepare HR-related reports as requested. Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Assist in payroll and leave management coordination. Collaborate with other departments to improve HR processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (preferred but not mandatory). Nice to Have: Experience with HR software or tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR).
