Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT products and services. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and partnerships. Generate leads and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels. Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions (web development, mobile apps, software, etc.). Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain and update CRM systems with client information and sales progress. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of services. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of IT services and technologies (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, etc.) Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM software is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
