About Vidyakul:

Vidyakul is a fast-growing ed-tech platform dedicated to providing quality education in regional languages. We believe a great team is the foundation of our success, and we’re looking for an HR Manager who can not only manage core HR functions but also bring exceptional skills in documentation, compliance, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation
  • Prepare HR letters, offer letters, relieving letters, experience certificates, NDAs, etc.
  • Ensure documentation meets legal, audit, and compliance standards
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) in an organized and secure manner

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage the hiring process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection
  • Ensure all recruitment and onboarding documentation is completed accurately and timely

3. HR Policies & SOPs

  • Draft, review, and update HR policies and SOPs in line with company culture and labor laws
  • Ensure all employees are aware of and comply with HR policies and code of conduct

4. Payroll Coordination

  • Collaborate with the Finance team for accurate payroll processing
  • Maintain and verify attendance records, leaves, and salary components

5. Performance & Employee Records Management

  • Document performance review processes and appraisal records
  • Maintain a clear record of employee warnings, notices, and disciplinary actions, if any

6. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Ensure clear and transparent communication through documented HR processes
  • Support in organizing employee engagement programs and record participation and feedback

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on documentation and compliance
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), Google Workspace, and HRMS platforms
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and accuracy

  • Discreet, ethical, and able to handle sensitive information
  • Experience in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
