Position: HR Manager

Role Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a professional environment aligned with the school’s vision and CBSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff retention across teaching and non-teaching departments
• Design, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and institutional frameworks
• Ensure full compliance with CBSE norms, labour laws, and statutory requirements
• Manage staff contracts, service records, appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary processes
• Serve as a strategic liaison between management and staff, promoting trust, clarity, and accountability
• Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and professional development programs

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in a senior HR role (experience in schools or educational institutions preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, documentation, and people management
• High levels of integrity, discretion, and professional maturity
• Genuine passion for building a structured and positive academic workplace
