The facility boasts a robust production capacity of 100,000 meters daily, using advanced rotary and digital printing machines to ensure precision and consistency across various fabric types. The company is also actively involved in international trading of Chinese-based laces and fabrics, maintaining a dedicated office in China to facilitate efficient sourcing and quality control. Combining local manufacturing strength with global trading capabilities, Tex Shadow is a trusted partner in the textile industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager based in Palwal. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, administering compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling performance management. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, and maintaining personnel records. The HR Manager will work closely with management to support business operations and drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and onboarding
Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration and compliance with labor laws
Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and conducting training programs
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the textile industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
