Job Responsibilities :
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing needs.
Resolve employee issues and promote a positive work culture.
Administer performance management and employee development programs.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide HR reports and support management with HR-related decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT related field.
3+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Male candidate preferred.
