What You'll Do:

• Recruit & Onboard: Find and hire Industry experts, brilliant educators and staff for our diverse schools, giving them a warm and engaging welcome.
• Champion Our Culture: Develop initiatives that boost morale, celebrate wins, and make our campus a positive, collaborative space. 
• Foster Growth: Manage performance and development programs to help our team learn, grow, and succeed.
• Manage HR Operations: Handle employee relations and compliance to payroll and policies with empathy and efficiency.

• An experienced HR pro with 5+ years in a generalist role, skilled in both recruitment and employee engagement.
• A natural people-person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Well-versed with compliance.
