Admissions responsibilities include, but are not limited to: β Counselling the prospective students via Phone, Email and in person β Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls, converting them into admissions. β Resolving student and parents queries over telephone, emails and walk-ins. β Maintain effective communication till the time the learner is onboarded. β Maintain admission guidelines as per criteria, policies and procedures. β Generate MIS Reports on a periodic basis. β Contribute to admissions by promotions, creating awareness, various activities and workshops to increase walk- ins,etc. ( e.g. presentations and videos ). Academics responsibilities include, but are not limited to: β Maintaining the calendar of schedules for respective batches and Academic data records. β To make sure all centre/student related activities run smoothly. β Organize events and induction programs for students & teachers. β Participate in education events, in-house events, fairs and engage with the student community. β Contribute & Implement to the planners and curriculum material and ensure the availability of the same with the teachers and students. β Keep a track of assignments, learner resource distribution, examinations & evaluations. Operations & Administration responsibilities include, but are not limited to: β Keep close coordination with all members, teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure effective functioning of the academic & non-academic activities. β To assist the accounts department in collection of fees. β To oversee/ facilitate vendor & faculty payment. β To maintain all records regarding students, faculty, resources, infrastructure etc. Desired Skills: β Experience of working on Lead Management System (LMS), preferred β Excellent Communication skills. β Experience in Undergraduate & Postgraduate student counselling and tele-counseling. β Should be able to handle Face to Face counselling. β Should be able to handle multiple calls. β Confident & Energetic candidate with a positive approach on conversions. β Able to work on targets. β Well versed with Google Sheets, Google Meet, Zoom, Word, Excel, Powerpoint Job Type: Full-time Pay: βΉ22,000.00 - βΉ30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
