We’re Hiring | HR Manager (2+ Yrs Exp) | For a Leading D2C Ayurvedic Brand in Kerala

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing D2C Ayurvedic brand based in Mattanur, Kannur, Kerala. As the brand scales across India, they’re looking for a Mid-Level HR Manager who can lead with clarity, compliance, and culture.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and is ready to play a key role in shaping people strategy at the ground level.

Role: HR Manager

Location: On-site at Mattanur, Kannur – Kerala

Salary: ₹3 – ₹3.8 LPA

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, exit

Ensure statutory compliance with ESI, PF, labour laws (state + national)

Coordinate directly with management on workforce planning

Drive employee performance evaluations and growth discussions

Initiate training, upskilling, and engagement programs

Build structured HR documentation, SOPs, and internal systems

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of HR experience (mandatory)

Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred

Solid knowledge of payroll, ESI, PF, and HR statutory compliances

Fluent in English with strong coordination & interpersonal skills

A vision-oriented team leader who can scale with the brand

Immediate joiners highly preferred
