HR Manager

As a Senior HR Professional at our growing small-scale manufacturing company specializing in diamond cutting tools for the stone and construction industry, your role will be crucial in managing and strengthening our people practices. You will play a key part in various aspects of HR functions to ensure a positive work environment and employee engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (staff, operators, supervisors, etc.). - Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close positions on time. - Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters. - Build and maintain positive employee relations to ensure retention and motivation. - Drive employee engagement initiatives. - Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. - Ensure timely adherence to labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory compliances. - Draft and implement HR policies and SOPs suitable for a growing manufacturing setup. - Recommend process improvements and digitization of HR operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 7-8 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing/industrial setups. - Demonstrated experience in recruitment and people management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently. In addition, you should be willing to travel to Bagru (Jaipur) on a regular basis and adapt to a small-scale, growing organization environment.
