Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and people-centric HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation—ensuring alignment between people and business goals in a fast-paced real estate environment. Key Responsibilities · Oversee end-to-end HR operations, policies, and compliance · Lead recruitment across verticals, including leadership hiring · Design and implement performance management and employee engagement programs · Manage payroll, attendance, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) · Handle grievance redressal and create a positive work culture · Drive training & development initiatives · Liaise with department heads for manpower planning Must-Have Skills · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance · Proficiency in HRMS and payroll systems · Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Chik Ballapur, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
