We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures and will be responsible for performing various HR-related tasks. The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases and systems are up-to-date and accurate.
3. Handle employee queries and provide timely and effective responses.
4. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
5. Coordinate employee performance evaluations and facilitate feedback sessions.
6. Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
7. Coordinate employee training and development programs.
8. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and claims processing.
9. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management as required.
10. Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
3. Sound knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
7. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
