Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Recordkeeping:

    Maintain and manage accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting:

    Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Assist with audits and regulatory filings as required.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:

    Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance against targets, and providing variance analysis.
  • Transaction Management:

    Process and review transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues as needed.
  • Financial Analysis:

    Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement. Provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Record Maintenance:

    Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records and transactions in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • System Management:

    Utilize accounting software and systems to record transactions, generate reports, and streamline financial processes. Stay updated on system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with other departments to gather financial information, support business operations, and address financial queries or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Experience:

    [X] years of experience in accounting or a related field. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and audit processes preferred.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with financial regulations and standards.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
  • Organizational Skills:

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ethical Standards:

    High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
