HR Manager

Key responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract talent for roles such as sales, construction, and interior design. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.  Onboarding and Training: Create smooth onboarding processes for new hires and develop training programs to enhance skills in areas like sales techniques or construction-specific knowledge.  Performance Management: Establish performance appraisal frameworks and conduct regular performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.  Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure a constructive and productive work environment.  Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive and market-aligned compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain employees.  HR Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant labor laws, including the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act, Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), and Employee State Insurance (ESI).  HR Strategy and Analytics: Support senior management with HR data and analytics, and help align HR strategies with business objectives.  Required skills and experience A strong understanding of the real estate, construction, and interior design industries is often required.  Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle and developing HR strategies is necessary.  Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements is crucial.  Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) is beneficial for streamlining HR processes.
