Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Identify manpower needs and prepare job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads. Manage offer letters, negotiation, and joining formalities. Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding 2. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HRMS data. Process attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs. Manage confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes. Handle employee documentation and statutory compliance. Preparing Salary and Salary Slips Distribution of salary slilp Random daily check over employee and labour presence Insurance related data addition and deletion of employees 3. Employee Relations Address employee queries and grievances promptly Foster a positive work culture through engagement activities. 4. Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.). Draft, revise, and implement HR policies and SOPs. Coordinate audits and statutory inspections. 6 Exit Management Manage resignation, exit interviews, notice period, and full & final settlements. Collect company assets and update records. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools Problem-solving attitude and time-management ability. Preferred Experience 3-5 Years
