Job Description

SAT INDIA - Urgently Looking for HR Manager at Lamdapura, Vadodara, Gujarat. Position: HR Manager Qualification: MBA (Human Resources), MSW / MSW (HR) Experience: 10+ Years in Relevant Filed Salary: As per industry standards Job Roles & Responsibility: - Identify and manage recruitment sources for various positions - Conduct candidate screening, interviewing , and selection processes - Develop and maintain Job Descriptions (JD), KRAs, KPIs with HODs and management - Execute induction and onboarding programs as per company policy - Collect, verify, and maintain all necessary recruitment documentation - Track and manage the monthly performance matrix of employees - Conduct and coordinate annual performance appraisals and review meetings - Prepare and present performance-based increment proposals - Handle monthly payroll preparation and processing - Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.) - Submit all government compliance documents accurately and on time - Maintain attendance records and manage leave tracking systems - Plan and implement regular employee engagement activities - Foster a culture of employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention - Establish and promote a strong Learning & Development (L&D) culture - Identify training needs and prepare the annual training calendar - Organize and conduct internal and external training programs - Ensure strict adherence to company policies, processes, and systems - Submit daily HR reports in the required formats - Coordinate and support CSR initiatives as per company norms - Promote team building and lead efforts in organizational development - Conduct monthly performance reviews with departmental heads - Support initiatives to retain high-performing talent - Handle employee exit formalities and new hire onboarding smoothly - Drive policy awareness and compliance across the organization Required Skills Strong evaluation and assessment skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strategic thinking and planning capabilities In-depth knowledge of government rules and compliance Sound statutory and legal knowledge (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) Familiarity with HR technologies and systems (HRMS, Payroll, ATS) Strong people management and interpersonal skills Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) Efficient resource and team management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: HR: 10 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
