Solids and Automation Technology is Urgently Looking for Senior Site Engineer at Lamdapura, Vadodara, Gujarat. Position: Senior Site Engineer Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Any Graduate / B.E. Mechanical Experience: 3 to 5 Years in industrial/technical Salary: 3Lacs to 5 Lacs PA Job Roles & Responsibility: - Plan and allocate site manpower as per daily production schedules. - Review and monitor daily and hourly production activities. - Coordinate with the production team for timely issue of fittings. - Maintain communication with clients, site in-charges, and internal teams. - Track target vs. actual progress and maintain related data sheets. - Ensure smooth equipment operation and verify quality of ongoing work. - Monitor hourly work to identify and resolve issues proactively. - Update daily work status, pending tasks, and dispatch plans in the Google Sheet. - Ensure coordination with the quality team and validate workmanship. - Prepare and maintain planning sheets for work schedules and targets.
