Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, developing, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The HR Manager will also be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. Qualifications Experience in recruiting, staffing, and employee relations Ability to develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Proficiency in performance management, training and development Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in the HVAC or commercial kitchen industry is a plus Show more Show less
