30000 to 45000 per month

Roles Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Onboarding : Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding consultants and support staff to meet business needs.
Employee Development Training : Design and implement training programs to enhance employees skills, ensuring they are aligned with client expectations and industry standards.
Performance Management : Manage performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure high productivity and growth within the team.
Employee Relations : Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Compliance HR Policies : Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, while maintaining proper documentation and managing HR procedures.
