HR Executive and Administrator Job Description Company: Sky Education Group Location: Noida Sector-63 Job Type: Full-time Sky Education Group is seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Executive and Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including employee management, recruitment, payroll preparation, attendance management, salary negotiation, and other administrative tasks. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of employee lifecycle management including onboarding, performance evaluations, and off-boarding processes. Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job openings. Manage job postings on various platforms and conduct job fairs as necessary. Prepare and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner and maintain records of employee attendance and leave balances. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and leadership. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters. Assist in organizing company events and activities. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. · Proven experience of min. 2 years as an HR Executive, HR Recruiter, or similar role. · Strong knowledge of HR functions and regulations. · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. · Demonstrated leadership abilities and problem-solving skills. · Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. · High level of professionalism and discretion.
