Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Kota. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, overseeing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, handling performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also handle employee benefits administration and foster a positive work culture.

Qualifications

Recruitment, Selection, and Employee Relations skills
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Performance Management and Employee Benefits Administration skills
Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the IT or digital marketing industry is a plus
