· Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. · Implement and monitor grooming policies for all employees. · Manage employee relations and address grievance issues effectively. · Ensure statutory compliance including ESI, PF, and other labour regulations. · Coordinate and oversee team management and discipline. · Plan and conduct regular training and development sessions for staff. · Maintain accurate attendance records and oversee monthly payroll processing. · Drive the performance appraisal system and evaluate staff KPIs periodically. · Coordinate internal meetings and HR communications across departments. · Prepare reports on HR metrics and share with top management for decision-making. · Facilitate smooth communication between employees and senior management.
