JOB SPECIFICATION Job Designation : Accounts Manager Qualification: M.Com / CA-Inter Experience: 5–6 Years Employment Type: Full-time Location: Kochi, Kerala Job Summary: Sharath Apparels(Manufacturer cum wholesale dealer of ladies kurtis) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, excellent knowledge of statutory compliance, and strong analytical skills to support business decisions through budgeting and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Requires hands-on experience in Tally. Ensure accurate and timely statutory filings, including GST, TDS, ESI, and PF. Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Monitor cash flow, prepare budgets, and perform forecasting to support financial planning. Oversee vendor and client payments, receivables, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards. Coordinate with internal departments for financial inputs and reporting requirements. Support the management with financial insights.
