Experience Required : 5 to 7 Years Employment Type : Full-time Location : Kochi, Kerala Job Summary: We, Sharath Apparels(Manufacterer cum wholesale dealer of ladies kurtis ), are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our textile showroom in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, supervising staff, ensuring smooth coordination with godown and production units, and driving overall operations of the showroom. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the showroom from opening to closing. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Set clear sales goals and regularly track team performance. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Coordinate with the godown and production units to manage stock levels, product availability, and resolve any shortage or damage issues. Monitor floor activities, ensure cleanliness and proper product display. Identify training needs and support staff development initiatives. Maintain proper documentation related to sales, inventory, and team activities. Report daily performance updates to management. Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
