About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager (Female) who can manage day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth execution of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities

Manage office administration and documentation

Assist in planning, implementation & monitoring of operations

Maintain communication with internal departments

Track timelines, deliverables, and task progress

Prepare operational reports

Support management in daily operations

Vendor coordination when required

For handling logistics truck placement

Handle Escalations

Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Strong coordination & multitasking abilities,

Strong, confident, Bold and outspoken

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to handle operations independently

Strong follow-up and documentation skills

Eligibility Criteria

Female candidates only

Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience

Graduate in any stream (preferred)
