Job Description

Our Client a reputed Lighting & Manufacturing Industry, requires

Post

Job Profile

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist management in creating performance dashboards and productivity metrics.
Monitor timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports by staff.

Skills

Must have
experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of
HR practices, labor laws, and HR systems/tools
.
Excellent communication, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to balance
traditional HR responsibilities
with
productivity and process-monitoring
tasks.
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Workspace
; knowledge of HRMS software will be an advantage.
