Company: Hypernest Digital Media (A Digital Unit of Sai Publications) Location: Bowenpally, Hyderabad Role: HR Manager Experience: 1–3 Years | Full-time | On-site Job Description Hypernest Digital Media is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to oversee hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR activities. You will be the first HR of our company, which means you will play a critical role in setting up HR processes, handling high-volume recruitment, and building a strong internal culture as we grow. This is a major responsibility role, ideal for someone who wants to grow with a fast-scaling startup. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Lead end-to-end hiring for all departments. Source, screen, and schedule interviews for multiple positions. Work on high-volume hiring as the company rapidly expands. Coordinate with department heads for role requirements. Onboarding & HR Operations Handle offer letters, onboarding documents, and employee induction. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Manage payroll inputs, salary structure updates, and HR compliance. Create and implement HR policies suitable for a growing startup. Employee Engagement & Support Address employee queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a healthy work environment. Plan and execute employee engagement activities. Build positive workplace culture and communication practices. Process Setup (Startup HR) Establish HR systems, workflows, and hiring databases from scratch. Create recruitment pipelines to support fast hiring needs. Implement tools for attendance, performance tracking, and workforce planning. Requirements Excellent communication skills (Telugu & English). Strong experience in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding. Knowledge of payroll, attendance management, and leave policies. Ability to handle workload independently in a fast-growing startup. Qualification: BBA / MBA / PGDM / HR Specialization / Any Graduate with HR experience.
