HR Manager

As an HR Manager for our Gulf Department located in Andheri/Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement HR strategies that are in line with the business objectives for the Gulf region. You will work closely with the leadership team to provide guidance and support on HR matters. Your key duties will include managing the recruitment process for our Gulf offices to ensure a robust talent pipeline while adhering to local laws. Addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment, and overseeing performance management will also be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations in the Gulf region. Identifying training needs, promoting continuous learning, and overseeing employee development programs will be essential for enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce. You will also be tasked with overseeing compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with market standards. Maintaining HR records, generating reports on key HR metrics, and ensuring employee health and safety in accordance with local regulations will also fall under your purview. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (Masters preferred) and have 2-3 years of HR management experience in the Gulf region. Strong knowledge of Gulf labour laws, excellent communication and leadership skills, proficiency in HR software and MS Office, and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) are also required.
